PIKE IN SAUCE

Stew the pike in water with a carrot, a celery, a onion, a clove of garlic, leaf of bay tree, salt and a half glass of white wine.
While the pikr is cooking, prepare a sauce with pepperoni, capers, a clove of garlic, parsley and salted anchovy.
Everything is merged with oil.
You remove the meat from the boiled pike, arrange the pike on the course and cake them with the sauce.
Leave everything for twelve hours. All is perfect if served on toasted polenta. Someone prefers it hot.
